Background
and Experience:
Have
spent the last 38 years raising, training, and showing horses in the horse industry,
including:
Owner
of MountainView Farms (1967-present)
NAHRA
Certified Clinic (1991-present)
In
the past 38 years I have bred, trained, shown Quarter horses in a Halter Class, Breeding
Class, and Performance Classes. I have trained both Paso Finos; Quarter Horses, and
Tennessee Walking Horses in varies classes over the years. We have earned two Bronze
Medallions in Performance Class by APHA, and 4 Silver Medallions in Halter classes by
TWHBEA, two blue ribbons in Youth Challenges in foal classes by AQHA. I have shown in Western Riding, Western Barrel
Racing, Western Pole Bending, and Color Performance on the local level with Special
Olympics.
Outside
of my horse industry experiences, I have worked in the Trucking Profession four the past
15 years. I have worked with the Special Education Department on the Local and County
level for the past 21 years. I have a Master’s Degree in Business Accounting; I have
worked in this field for the past 8 years.
