We are certified by the American Society of Agricultural Appraisers and
our partners are lifetime certified members of the American Society of Equine
Appraisers. ASAA certification requires extensive written

Economics. She enjoys a successful Accounting-focused career appraising. Inside
knowledge of the western performance and pleasure horse market is her specialty. She is
also our expert on the miniature horse industry. Jennifer is a Lifetime Certified Equine
Appraiser. |

Coast Partner is an accomplished professional horsewoman for over thirty years. Leah Struzzieri, brings her knowledge of all
aspects of the English market and her excellence in conformation and gait analysis to
Sterling. She specializes in race horses, hunters, jumpers and dressage horses. Leah is a
Lifetime Certified Equine Appraiser. |

Darren Cea - Born into the
equestrian
lifestyle, Darren is an
experienced horseman well versed in Hunter/Jumpers.
He has ridden with Michael Page, Peter Leone, and Frank Chapot.
After his
"day job" as a police officer, Darren
enjoys showing in the Jumpers
and breaking young stock for several well known farms in NY. He is a

April LaRoche
- After a brief absence, we are pleased to welcome April back into
the Sterling stable. She has owned and shown Paso Finos and Tennessee Walking
horses for more than three decades. April is also NAHRA certified to

Cindy Fletcher
- Serving our mid-west clientele, Cindy
Fletcher is a nationally ranked Dressage rider. She is a past Board
Member of the Kansas City Dressage Society and has most recently
been published in The Centerline and Topline Ink.
Cindy is also a professor at the University of Phoenix.

Niki Bruno

Niki specializes in Dressage horses on
the east coast, from her base in North Salem, NY and Wellington, FL.
Niki trained, worked and competed under Louise-Marcelle Eadie of LME
Dressage. They wintered at Knoll Dressage, home of the US Dressage
Team Coach, Anne Gribbons. Niki is currently studying for the USDF
“L” program.
