 A note from Terry Ready: The first Color Me Buddy baby
of 2002 has arrived: Cliff and Carol Hardin had a yellow colt this morning out of their
mare Ms. Skips Conclusion. She was the Hi-Pt Horse in the Nation in ' 94 (the year
before Buddy). They had been told she would probably never conceive or carry a baby, since
last time she retained her placenta and foundered and everything else! We tried for
3 years to get her pregnant. Last year, I pulled out all my big-guns and got her
bred on the first try! YIPPEE...........I'M SO EXCITED! I don't know how many
(if any) two Top Horses in the Nation have ever had a baby! He should be
awesome....... |
