Sterling BCG LLC is consistently ranked as one of the Top Media Brokerage Firms in the U.S. Scott has more than four decades of experience in broadcasting and cable and has served in top leadership roles at many companies including Comcast, AT&T Broadband, Media One Group, Continental Cablevision and Warner Cable. Sterling BCG LLC clients get the benefit of Scott's extensive experience in broadcast and cable operations, programming, FCC, sales & marketing and technical. Scott is a Past-President of the Arizona Cable Television Association and a member of the Southwest Cable Communications Association (SWCCA) and the National Association of Media Brokers (NAMB) and is a regular attendee at industry events. |
An experienced professional, Jennifer focuses on financial and operational management in public and private companies, government, and consulting. Her career includes roles as Director of Business Operations for Comcast as well as Controller, Vice President of Finance, General Manager, and President/CFO in several industries. Jennifer assists the team with financial modeling, forecasting and analysis with focus on operational and capital budgets. Her expertise includes Human Resource Management, developing compensation plans and effective benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. Jennifer is also an experienced Board Member and Corporate Treasurer. She is an engaged volunteer for local, state, and national organizations, serving as Chairman, President, and Director. Her leadership skills support effective project management for all Sterling BCG LLC clients.
